The individuals that we serve and care for make it great. Although every LTC facility likely has its own special people, it is the residents that make my job worth doing. Many of them I could truly call my friends, and they have had a profound impact on me.

At times it is really like a big family, good and bad. Leadership tries extremely hard to recognize staff doing something excellent.

I believe we are truly family serving family. I believe we genuinely care about our work family.
